Welcome to Dr. F Samodien.

​

I am a General Practitioner with a special interest in dermatology and aesthetic medicine, passionate about both primary healthcare and supporting skin health while enhancing natural beauty.

​

I hold degrees in Biomedical Science and Medicine & Surgery from the University of the Witwatersrand, and I completed my Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine through the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM). I am currently completing a Diploma in Dermatology through the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (RCPI), with expected completion in June 2026.

With a background in paediatrics and ophthalmology, I have also gained experience in primary healthcare within the private sector. This allows me to offer a comprehensive range of general practice, skin health, and aesthetic services.

My approach is holistic and patient-centred, integrating medical care with an understanding of overall wellbeing. From routine screenings to personalised treatment plans, I aim to support both your health and confidence. I am committed to staying at the forefront of advancements in general practice, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and training.
